How does shipping & delivery work?

✔︎ We ship worldwide. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately based on stock availability—this helps you receive everything as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 calendar days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

What is your returns policy?

✔︎ We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in unused condition.

  • We do not accept returns on used or opened items.

  • Final sale or non-returnable items are not eligible unless faulty.

  • You’ll need to email a photo of the item before shipping it back so we can verify its condition.
