At Bronze’, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and our support team will help review the best solution.

For refund, return, replacement, or order issue requests, contact us at info@itsbronze.com with your order number.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you tried the product and are not satisfied with your experience, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

  • application guidance and product support
  • replacement
  • store credit
  • partial refund
  • full refund

Self-tanning results can vary depending on skin tone, skin condition, skin preparation, application amount, development time, and aftercare. To help us resolve your request properly, we may ask for a short explanation, photos, or product details.

Opened or Used Products

Because our products are personal-care cosmetics, returned products must be reviewed for hygiene and safety reasons.

Opened or used products may still be eligible for a refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

In some cases, we may resolve the issue without asking you to send the product back.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back.

Returned items should be sent back only after approval from our support team. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item and packaging
  • a short explanation of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Product Results

Self-tanning results may vary from person to person. Results can be affected by skin tone, dry areas, exfoliation, shaving, moisturization, product amount, application method, development time, and aftercare.

Darker or drier areas such as knees, elbows, ankles, hands, feet, and areas of hyperpigmentation may absorb more color. For best results, follow the product instructions carefully.

Our self-tanning products do not protect against sunburn or UV exposure unless SPF protection is specifically stated on the product label.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved by our team, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, shipping protection fees, and customs/import fees are non-refundable where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method.

Most refunds appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@itsbronze.com.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution. Store credit may be offered at a higher value than a cash refund and can be used toward another Bronze’ product.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Free gifts, promotional items, and items received as part of a special offer may not be eligible for cash refund unless required by law.

If an order included a free gift or promotional item, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund if the main item is returned or refunded.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, we may deduct original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs from any refund where permitted.

If you would like the package resent, additional shipping fees may apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, unless an exception applies.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not limit any additional rights you may have under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
